Two San Francisco Bay area nursing homes have received an “AA” citation as a result of their actions directly relating to patient deaths. The Care Center of Rossmoor in Walnut Creek and Atherton Healthcare in Menlo Park received the “AA” citation accompanied by a $60,000 and $100,000 fine, respectfully.
