Five employees from a Pennsylvania nursing home have been arrested on a variety of charges including neglect, physical assault and harassment of a 94-year-old resident, Thelma Bryant. The state Health Department of Oklahoma has cited the Whispering Pines Nursing Center in Norman, Oklahoma, for failing to fully investigate abuse allegations and endangering patients’ health by not providing condoms to a sexually active, HIV-positive nursing home resident.
